Red Velvet Armadillo Bakeshop is a small, privately-owned bakeshop, specializing in custom desserts for all occasions. It is our mission to provide our customer with delicious and beautiful sweets, made from quality ingredients. We strive to ensure the expectations of our customers are met and exceeded with every order.
Started in May 2007 by Jennifer Leonard, Red Velvet Armadillo Bakeshop began whipping up treats for small parties and events. By September, word had spread, and we were proud to provide 200 desserts for a local wedding to rave reviews.
Jennifer has been baking since her early years, when her tools included a Big Bird hand beater and an E-Z Bake oven. She has since upgraded to a stand mixer and piping bag, but the same ingenuity and passion for creating delicious desserts is still evident today.
