Do you ship desserts?
At this time, Red Velvet Armadillo Bakeshop is a local pickup and delivery service only. Hopefully, we will upgrade to a shipping service in the future and will make that announcement when the time comes.
Do you accommodate special dietary requests?
We can make our cupcakes sugar-free or low-sugar (with splenda) at your request. Please note that desserts created with sugar substitutes have a different taste and consistency than those created with sugar. Please contact us to discuss your dietary needs.
What are your payment and cancellation policies?
Red Velvet Armadillo Bakeshop requires a non refundable 50% deposit to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due ten business days prior to your event. Should you cancel your event after full payment has been made, only the 50% balance will be refunded. Red Velvet Armadillo Bakeshop only accepts checks at this time.
Do you deliver?
Red Velvet Armadillo Bakeshop offers complimentary delivery for weddings. Other events are subject to a nominal delivery charge based on distance of delivery. Pickup is available, but certain desserts need to be assembled on site and are not available for pickup. Please contact us to discuss pickup and delivery options.
Do you offer tastings?
Red Velvet Armadillo Bakeshop is happy to offer complimentary tastings for our wedding clients at a mutually convenient location. We provide samples of our chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, but it is our pleasure to accommodate special flavor requests with enough notice. Contact us to arrange your personal tasting.
